We purchased the new CanAm Maverick X3 RC Turbo R at Ridenow on Rancho. It was a great experience from the beginning. They did not have one in stock but found me one the same day. Kaylin in sales walked us through the sales procedure and took our trade-in to service for inspection. Tyler in finance was very professional and we got the paper work done in a very short time frame. We had a couple hiccups as our trade in was licensed in another state and a couple other issues with it but Tyler filled out the proper paper work for us to sign and we left with the new Maverick. Ordered some accessories through Chris in parts, parts showed up on the day Chris said they would. Jonathon in service gave me a thorough walk around the new buggy and answered all questions that I asked, then Jonathan and Kaylin helped me load the machine and strap it down. Our experience with Ridenow was 100% professional and friendly and I will definitely continue doing business with them and will not hesitate sending friends to them. I have now bought 5 RZRs from RiideNow because of there service department. Brian Foster has been working on all 5 of the RZR over the years and has always been more then helpful in answering all my question and his work is always professional. 2008 - 800 RZR, 2012 XP900, 2014 - XP1000, 2015 - 900Trail and a 2016- XP Turbo. I still have the 900 trail and the Turbo. As you can tell I keep going back. Great Service and Great parts department as well.

I just purchased my first large bike. It was a little intimidating at first because I was decisive and was not sure what I was looking for. Michael in sales got with me and showed me the ropes, stayed with me till the end and was very helpful it was a pleasant experience. I don't remember the guys name in the assesories department but they were also very helpful with any questions I had. The servicing team seemed very well the young mechanic who walked out my new bike seemed very knowlegeable and nice. Right before I left I believe an service department employee gave me a walk through on the bike he was good and knew what he was talking about but on my particular bike he was wrong on the location of the choke and the mapping control button which I found out later however he was very helpful I think he may have thought it was and earlier bike which may of had those features. I also forget the guy working in the financial department but he was great to deal with and tried to get me into a range I wanted to be in also a range suitable for himself which i understand. Overall great experience I will be buying my future ride there.

every time I go to service my bike I know Kayla is one person I can always rely on. Not only does she get me in & out fast but she makes sure everything is taken care of like it was her own. I went to get my oil changed and she had my tire pressure checked, checked my back breaks ( that's I thought needed replacing) and had her shop guys adjust my clutch cable that wasn't set correctly. Everyone I dealt with during the entire transaction was very easy to work with. My sales person listened to all my needs and what I wanted and showed me all the options that were available. When it came time for the financing they were not pushy at all and easy to work with as well.

While I was out of town working, I made a query via CycleTrader on a new Yamaha and ended up on the Internet Sales Manager's desk - Erik Hardin. Erik was super responsive and paid attention to my questions and patiently answered all of them. The bike was in stock and price as promised - something that follow up with other CycleTrader dealers in California was disappointing (advertising bikes they did not have and wasting a lot of my time with "we just sold that, but we have this" queries - yeah right!). When I did get back to Vegas, the bike was exactly as described and the price we had worked out was exact to the penny (so no hidden, last minute charges). Erik even answered a last minute question on his day off. In terms of sales, it does not get better then that. The dealership obviously trains staff to put customer service first and it shows as the rest of RideNow staff was equally a pleasure to deal with. RideNow on Rancho is a premium dealership with great service (they have serviced my other motorcycles) and for a straight shooting sales person, I highly recommend Erik.Mike

I bought a hold-over 2015 Yamaha in the color I wanted and at a better price than I found after extensively searching CycleTrader, eBay, and craigslist. Erik Hardin was my sales contact and he worked out the purchase details, set up the bike for it's pre-sale service and had the Finance guy ready to go soon after I arrived from Carson City to pick it up and transport it home. Furthermore, after I was home and discovered an oil leak, Erik advised me that if there was any damage to the affected gasket or cover, RideNow would get me any needed new parts immediately. I was greatly impressed by both his knowledge of the technical side of the problem and by RideNow's willingness to back up their products with action, not just words.I checked off "5 stars" for every category above that I interacted with because they earned it with their professionalism, ethical behavior, and competence. I suppose I could have rated Service a little lower because a mechanic caused the oil leak during a mandated recall performed some time the previous year. But it wasn't hard to fix and there was no way for the Service guys I dealt with to have found the problem because it only leaked with the engine running.

CAME IN NEEDING TWO TIRES AND WAS NOT SURE WHAT I REALLY WANTED TO RUN. TALKED TO TOM FOR A FEW MIN AND WE WHERE ABLE TO FIND JUST WHAT I NEEDED. THE PRICES WAS COMPETITIVE WITH WHAT I HAD LOOKED UP BEFORE COMING HERE. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND EASY TO DEAL WITH.

After finding this 2013 Yamaha Super Tenere online, we talked with Kyle and found everything to be as represented. We also communicated with Tyler and Travis in finance and found them to be pleasant and extremely helpful, just like Kyle. We traveled nearly 1000 miles round trip to purchase this bike and so it was really important that there were no "surprises" when we arrived. The financing, the paperwork, the walk through on the bike...everything went smoothly and we were on our way in no time. This is my first time buying a bike and the workers here were EXTREMELY helpful. I was in town for a short time and had a leaking seal. I called as they were closing and their service guy told me that he could work me in first thing in the morning to get me back on the road. The next morning when I arrived they got my bike in promptly and found that it was a different seal than I had thought and with a little delay to get the part in, they were able to get me back on the road for a fair price. Not many shops that I have been to would work shard to get someone from out of town in so fast to get them rolling without extra fees or delays. I was happy with their service and their work on my behalf.

I came in knowing nothing about motorcycles and talked to the staff here. Everyone was really friendly and easy to talk with. Justin helped me throughout the purchase of my first motorcycle. While he took care of all the paperwork for me, Kaylin did an amazing job at teaching me the basics of what I would need. I would like to thank everyone in your store for their exceptional customer service! I recently moved to the North side of town and my 1st visit to your store was to find a helmet for my daughter, the parts counter employees took the time to explain the laws and find the perfect helmet to keep my little girl safe on the trails. My 2nd trip was to bring my RZR in for a recall and express some concerns over a noise I continue to hear come from the back of the UTV when driving. Not only did everyone take the time to talk to me about the recall and make sure I understood what needed to be done but when they were unable to find the noise I was invited to come down and ride with the guy working on it. Get this! I have to say I was quite pleased with my recent visit to Ridenow located off of Rancho Dr. I originally came in looking for tires and found out they also mount your tires for no extra charge when you buy them from here. So that was a plus, in addition the parts and accessory department staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely will be visiting again for my other atv needs.

I came into Ride Now to help a co-worker look over a bike. I saw the Kawasaki ZX10R on the lot and Justin informed me about it. I had a Daytona 675 that I didn't really want to get rid of but decided to trade it in for the ZX10R. I had excellent service from everyone at the store from them helping me complete the transaction to purchasing the actual bike. They even set me up with another helmet and aftermarket exhaust for my new bike. I went to RideNow on Rancho looking to buy a riding jacket and other accessories for my wife for Christmas. Dylan Nobles was very helpful in finding what I needed. He was knowledgable and also took the time to show me parts in a catalog that were currently not in stock and ordered them for me. The service here was much better than another shop on S. Decatur that i was coming from due to poor customer service. I will not mention that shops name and also won't waste my time going back there. I had decided I needed a rzr 1000 ,n started shopping . After reading some negitave reviews on line I decided I'd make a decision for my self. As I walked in a gentleman in a victory shirt opend and held the door for my wife and I . He introduced him self " Breeze " right away we hit it off . All my years buying bikes , cars , boats , houses , this is the most knowledgable person I've come across . A true expert in his field. I asked Breeze the price . He admitted he was not a salesman . Then Casey was the man . A youngster new to the field. A very polite pleasant and helpful . The questions I had that he couldn't answer he would look to the "man" Breeze . .... We started talkin price ,options ect and Kevin the finance manager came over . Again super knolagable helpful and respectful .

We ended up making a deal . And I bought the razor . But beyond that I feel we became friends . We exchanged personal phone numbers and I think we can get together and ride . It was one of the best experience I've had making a large purchase . The fellas were willing to deal and make the sale . The end result is that you have to make your own opinion regardless of what others say on the Internet .

These guys just wanted to sell abike and visit with like minded people .

Hello folks...I wanted to send you an email about my wonderful experience with your company.I have a 2010 Honda Fury, and I rode down to Las Vegas for Bikefest 2013, on October 3rd through the 6th. When I started my trip down to Bikefest on the 3rd...I noticed I had some issues going on with my bike. On my instrument cluster, I had no engine lights...no speedometer, and no odometer. These issues just started that day. I called Ridenow on Rancho Wednesday morning around 10:00am. I talked with a Service Rep named Kayla. I told her what was going on with my bike, and she told me they would be able to look at it Wednesday when I got into town. So...me and my friends limped the bike down there.We got into town at about 4:30pm. I met with Kayla and gave her all the symptoms. She took down my information and told me she would call when they have any information. I also told her that I was in town for Bikefest, so I would only be in Las Vegas for a few days.By 7:00pm...that night....Kayla had contacted me twice on what they found. I gave them the thumbs up to do they work that was needed. They started working on it. Kayla contacted me Thursday, at about 4:00pm, saying the bike was ready to be picked up. It was working perfectly, and the price was exactly what she quoted me the day before. I went to get the bike...payed the price quoted...and got my keyes. Kayla then walked outside with me and made sure everything was working correctly and that I was happy with how things turned out. My bike was only down one day and I was able to go on the big poker run Saturday morning.I have had numerous bikes from numerous manufacturers. I have never...NEVER..had the top notch service and support that I received at Ridenow Powersports on Rancho. The trip might have started on a very sour note, but Kayla and her mechanical team made it into a very memorable event.I truly wished I lived near Las Vegas so I could continue to take my motorcycle to them for service. When I found the Trike, I sent an email, was contacted the next day. We worked everything out over the phone on Thursday and Friday, you guys worked your magic, I flew up on Saturday, You guys even came to the airport and picked me up, did the paperwork and drove the Trike home. It was the easiest sales transaction I have ever made. Your staff was very friendly and helpful at every turn. I am so pleased with how this went, that when it's time for my sons bike, you guys will be seeing me again. Management and Staff were a pleasure to deal with made me feel comfortable, was not presured into anything, they treated me with respect, help me out when I needed it with a purchased, of the 2003 Piaggio Motor Scooter. I recommend them 100% of their profesionalism, and courtesy.

Me and my wife came down from ely nevada to get our atv fixed. The minute we dropped our vehicle off we were instantly helped. I had dropped my atv off on friday march 10 for repair of one way clutch. I was notifyed saturday march 11 at 5:45pm that my atv needed further repair, Our service tech vinny stayed a little later to finish the repairs. Thanks to Ridenow I can ride my quad You guys rock!!

Best buying experience ever. To my suprise the whole sales dept. got involved in my purchase. Steve (general mgr) Mat (sales mgr) Dave and Glenn (salesmen) Scott (parts mgr) and Brian (service tech) are awsome and knowledgable. I was recently (2/29/12) looking for a part for my yfz450 that I was having a difficult time acquiring. I called the device department and spoke to a gentleman named Mike. He was not only helpfull and knowledgable on the phone but since we didn't have the exact part on hand and there were time constraints he instructed me to stop by and he would try his best to acquire it for me. I followed through and stopped by to speek with mike and he went out of his way to get the part I needed in a matter of min. I've owned Yamaha motorcycles and quads for years and of course dealt with many service shops and representative and this has hands down been the best. Even though this shop is not the closest to my residence I will drive the extra miles to acquire what I need for my motorcycles at this location. (ride now rancho)

I recently had some work done on my Honda motorcycle. The entire RideNow team was excellent. A complete analysis of my bike was done, and recommendations for needed work were provided. A complete safety inspection was also done. My bike was ready before the estimated time. Each employee was efficient, friendly, and very helpful. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs service on a motorcycle.

This place rocks! I rode a little when I was a kid but I just started riding again about two years ago.  Even before I bought my cycle (xr650r) used (from private seller, not a shop/dealer) these folks were around to give me a hand and haven't stopped since.  No matter who I have spoken to and no matter if it was for parts, service or general questions about my cycle or other cycles, everyone here has answered any and all of my questions, even if it was a question on how I could fix something myself.  Most recenty when I had to take in some parts to be worked on I had a question about my bill.  They took the time to explain what they had done and what each item covered.  The service here reminds me of what I would expect from a small mom and pop shop but even as a "dealer" this place has provided excellent customer service - even for non-paying customers! When I have to get work done at this shop because I am unable or don't have the tools to do on my own, it makes me not mind so much - a very refreshing feeling in today's world.

My "purchase" experience at RideNow Powersports on Rancho was "The BEST" I've had in 40 years. Communication with sales mangager, Nick Pierson, via Internet was excellent. He patiently answered all my questions and gave me the best deal possible on my new Kawasaki ZX-14. He was friendly, honest and sincerely wanted to make sure I had the best experience possible. Everyone treated me with great deal of respect. I found all the accessories I needed to completely outfit my new bike in the large, well-stocked parts department. The service department skillfully prepared my bike and gave me a complete training session on operation and maintence procedures. The store was clean, very large and very well stocked with motorcycles and accessories. My experience at RideNow Powersports on Rancho was so positive that I plan to stop in to visit every time I'm back in Las Vegas. Thank you all very much!

I just want to express my utmost pleasure dealing with RideNow on Rancho, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Sales Manager, Jeff Savage, went way,way,way beyond the call of duty, to procure me a very excellent Harley Trike. Bought a Yamaha Super Tenere and a Triumph Tiger 1050 LE, both bikes are awesome and we are enjoying riding them. The Super Tenere is a big, friendly, easy to use, happy bike which will leave a huge grin on your face and the Tiger is a fast, comfortable great handling bike!! Thanks Steve, Jeff and Beau!!
